THE ROLE

As part of the Head Office set-up, your role will see you manage key accounts, drive new business and roll-out strategy to your national team. You will be supported by a Senior BDM and the Sales Director who is based onsite with you.

  • Work with key accounts at Head Office level
  • Drive new business with existing clients
  • Set strategy for your team
  • Manage 3 direct reports / 6 through a dotted line
  • P&L Management and sales budget setting
  • Tendering and proposals
  • Coaching and developing your team
  • Build relationships
  • Pricing and promotions
  • Onboard new customers
  • Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Merch Planning

REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE...

  • People leadership experience
  • Sales experience (Business Development OR Key Accounts)
  • P&L exposure
  • A good understanding of the wholesale market (Accessories highly regarded)
  • Experience in managing key accounts
  • Be part of, or previously have been part of the Head Office team

This role requires a confident leader capable of managing a national team across various channels including Pharmacy and Discount Department Stores. You will be an entrepreneurial thinker, capable of autonomy and good with stakeholder management and influencing both internally and externally.

SALARY

$150K - $170K base (depending on experience) + Super + 20% bonus with uncapped earning potential based on performance. *Please note, there is no car or car allowance as this is a Head Office based role.
