Our client is a household name currently selling fashion related products in Australia, NZ, the USA and the UK. With a solid history behind them, and a huge cash injection from an OS parent, they are now ready to take the next steps in expansion and growth

You will partner with the local exec team to develop both short- and long-term strategic plans, and of course provide full financial support, compliance, treasury and relevant management information to drive increased efficiency, profitability and cost management across the business. You will be supported by a small accounting team and also provide management input into other areas of the business.

Candidates should be CA/CPA qualified, with at least several year's experience in either a large company Financial Controller role or mid size CFO role within a multi-site retail, wholesale, FMCG or Ecomm background where tight inventory management is key. Ideally you've good FX skills, have also been responsible for IT, while exposure to Supply chain is a plus. Your proven ability to be hands on, be able to communicate with and support all levels throughout the operation, to understand the importance of internal controls and systems, and lead your team by example are all key. Finally, a focus on providing and improving service, meeting deadlines, being accurate, the ability to understand the business, and a passion to both be the best and enjoy what you do are all critical to your success.
