Content Creator

The Role

We're looking for a Content Creator to join a fast-paced, collaborative team, working across multiple brands. This is a hands-on creative role where no two days look the same, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can juggle competing priorities while delivering high-quality, on-brand content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging, on-brand content across social media, eCommerce, email, and digital platforms
• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content (including reels, TikTok, and campaign assets)
• Manage content calendars across multiple brands simultaneously
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to bring campaigns to life
• Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand direction
• Stay ahead of social trends and identify opportunities to elevate content performance
• Assist with campaign shoots, styling, and production where required
• Monitor content performance and optimise based on insights and analytics
• Ensure consistency in tone of voice and visual identity across all channels

About You

• 3-4+ years' experience in a content creation or social media role
• Background in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
• Strong skills in content shooting and editing (iPhone + Adobe Suite/CapCut etc.)
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
