Creative Marketing Manager

Our client is an online fashion brand that showcases bohemian-luxe garments and vintage-inspired collections for free-spirited wanderers. They are seeking a Creative Marketing Manager who is highly conceptual with a focus on timelines and the sales process. Ideally from a retail background and an understanding of Online Retail would be beneficial.

They are looking for a senior creative marketing manager who will be equally as passionate about all things creative to add that extra bit of magic to all of the visual assets and lead their in-house creative team to greatness, always pushing the boundaries with fresh campaign ideas.

Career Overview

Responsible for the visual style, digital assets and digital marketing campaigns. Creating the overall design and direct others who develop artwork or layouts. This role is responsible for maximizing the performance of the brand by driving customer engagement and traffic online via consumer relevant marketing campaigns, digital/social media communication and marketing. This Creative Marketing role is to ensure that the brand talks to its customer across all communication touchpoints with a common 'tone of voice', in line with the brand's strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the overall look or style of the brand visuals and aesthetic
  • Play a key role in planning and executing social media campaigns, brand creative strategy and partnerships, and communications projects.
  • Own the brand strategy with effective go-to-market campaigns and ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts
  • Develop detailed budgets and timelines
  • Working closely with our Buying and Product teams to support visual the execution of key brand projects and seasonal releases
  • Balance creative/brand needs & high quality output with efficiency and predictability.
  • Build a scalable, efficient, and quality-oriented creative process.
  • Determining the overall style or tone desired for each project and articulate the brand's vision.
  • Propose out-of-the-box ideas & push creative boundaries.

The ideal candidate:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Creative Manager role
  • You have a deep understanding of the creative process, from concepting through execution and have a keen sensitivity to creative workloads and project deadlines.
  • You are a good writer and strong communicator.
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Develop and refine effective workflow processes, scheduling strategies, and communication models.
  • A strong design aesthetic with a natural creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
  • Demonstrated creative flair and ability to generate unique and individual creative strategies and campaigns
  • Experience delivering successful inspirational creative campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the digital landscape
  • Portfolio with examples of your digital campaigns

In order to be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated and willing to work autonomously. The position requires a creative, strategic and highly energized buying professional. You must have excellent presentation skills, true leadership qualities and proven track record at a management level.
