eCommerce and Performance Marketing Manager

Our client is a global Demin, and Lifestyle brand known for its bold, aspiring, and fashion-forward style.

They are looking for a dynamic self-starter, with a "can-do" attitude who has the initiative to work collaboratively with the wider business.

As the E-Commerce and Performance Marketing Manager, you will be focused on the development, planning, and execution of digital marketing strategies to successfully drive revenue and profitable growth of the website.

You will ensure that the paid media and digital spend is scalable to maximise profits. This will include some management of 3rd party agencies and ownership of the creative assets.

Responsibilities include:

* Developing and executing the Ecommerce Strategy to achieve set sales and profit budgets, management of markdown and promotional activity whilst controlling costs to maximise ROI

* Ability to efficiently manage and optimise the entire website including product uploads, web content, product descriptions, logistical offerings, visual merchandising, and promotional activity

* Optimising the online customer experience and continually grow a loyal database

* Optimise conversion rates and average order value through testing and data led insights

* Ensure the quality and consistency of the site and any marketing strategies are accurate and consistent with the brand DNA

* Own the marketing calendar and the coordination of departments both external and internal for promotional activity, merchandising and creative assets in accordance with the set objectives

* Manage the profitable and scalable execution of marketing channels inclusive of affiliates, SEO, EDM, CRM, Facebook, Google, Instagram, and influencers

* Deliver customer insights back to the wider business, working to identify key purchasing behaviours and market trends

* You will need be forward thinking and experienced in developing online strategies

* Good analytical skills and interpreting the weekly KPI's with the knowledge of what actions to implement afterwards

* Excellent communication skills and willingness to engage effectively across the wider business

This position requires an applicant with need skills in eCommerce and performance Marketing for retail as follows:

* Minimum 5+ years' experience in an eCommerce and Digital leadership role

* Demonstrated success in delivering online sales growth

* Site development, technical and aesthetic expertise

* A strong passion for technology

* Superior analytical performance and optimization understanding which drives online channel sales growth

* Demonstrated experience in developing online strategy and development road maps.

* Technical knowledge and understanding of Shopify Plus and eCommerce plugins.

* Interpret weekly and site KPIs and know what actions to take after that.

* Fulfillment strategies, analytical and numerate skills

* Be forward-thinking, working on present-day strategy as well as preparing for the rapidly evolving future of eCommerce.
