Fashion Designer - Contemporary Fashion

We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join a dynamic team and play a key role in creating cohesive, trend-led seasonal collections. Working closely with the Design Directors and Head of Design, you'll contribute to collections that span ready-to-wear, event, bridal, tailoring, knitwear, retail exclusives and accessories.

Based in Waterloo, this role offers the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, impeccable attention to detail, and a strong understanding of both commercial and creative design to a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Research seasonal design concepts, colour palettes, silhouettes and techniques.
• Design across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with the range plan and brand aesthetic.
• Develop sketches and coloured silhouettes for range boards, handing over to development teams.
• Brief patternmakers and product developers, overseeing the full design process from sketch to SMS.
• Assist in print and accessory development, liaising with textile and accessory designers.
• Support styling and merchandising of the collection, including lookbook preparation and photoshoots.
• Participate in design fit sessions, WIP meetings and range presentations.
• Maintain organised design boards, reference libraries, and accurate communication across teams.

What we're looking for

• Mid-senior level designer with Apparel and RTW experience in a women's fashion industry.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across design, development and production.
• A proactive, positive approach with the flexibility to adapt and problem-solve.
