Designed locally and sourced globally, their collections span fashion and accessories, with two seasonal drops per year. Their products are stocked in over 600 independent retailers across ANZ and the UK, as well as 35 major retail stores.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Creative Director and Founder, you'll play a key role in designing for one of the group's core brands - known for its Modern Bohemian aesthetic. This is a hands-on, end-to-end design role that blends creativity with commercial thinking.

You'll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and production teams to deliver cohesive seasonal collections that capture the brand's relaxed, feminine, and free-spirited style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop two seasonal collections per year across the brand

• Stay across emerging fashion trends, fabrics, colours, and silhouettes

• Work with retail buyers to develop ranges that meet customer and market needs

• Liaise with production to ensure designs are delivered to brief, on time, and at the right price points

• Adapt existing designs for production and range evolution

• Assist in product sourcing, selection, and range planning

About You

You're a designer who combines creative flair with commercial understanding, passionate about creating product that feels fresh, effortless, and relevant.

You'll bring:

• 2-3+ years' experience in a similar fashion design role

• A strong understanding of garment structure and fabrication

• The ability to design across a range of age demographics

• Proactive trend awareness and idea generation

• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills

• A collaborative, hands-on work style and love for detail
