This person must be able to work autonomously, while also leading a team to hit targets and deliver on the customer experience. The Role

This role is responsible for full store performance, including but not limited to delivering on KPI's, rostering, visual merchandising, training and development, coaching, training and hiring. This company has a loyal customer base, and you will be key in maintaining, growing, and developing both current and new relationships.

A Successful Candidate

Strong leader in their ability to lead team and deliver sales. This person will be key in ensuring budgets and KPI's are met thru training and development. You should also have a sharp eye for store presentation and be customer service focused. Supporting the Boutique Manager, you will need to have great time management with excellent people skills.
