Exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner/Advisor to join one of Australia's most dynamic and fastest growing fashion and accessories company

Provide professional, business-focused advice and support to management and employees in relation to ER, IR, policy interpretation, remuneration and benefits, HR processes and systems, performance management (probationary reviews and performance reviews), workplace health and safety and supporting HR related admin activities.


  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide HR Business Partnering and generalist Advisory support across the full remit of HR
  • Take a coaching approach and provide information and advice to facilitate effective, consistent and empowering people management
  • Provide support in respect of complaints and grievances, and manage end-to-end
  • Partner with managers on providing advice in relation to restructures, redundancies and terminations
  • Interpret award and agreement entitlements terms and conditions
  • Enact requisite HR procedures
  • Provide a professional initial point of contact and specialist advisory support on a broad range of general industrial and complex ER matters
  • Communicate and reinforce HR processes to managers to ensure the seamless work-flow of HR activities
  • Document control, development and publishing of HR tools, templates and resources
  • Execute employment correspondence across the employment life-cycle, as and when required
  • Ensure timely and accurate employee file management
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation


  • Provide end-to-end advice and guidance to managers in relation to performance and disciplinary management activities
  • Advise on best practice strategies for behavioural management and disciplinary action
  • Support the HR Manager in the implementation of performance review processes and related activities, including developing and delivering necessary training
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the talent management framework
  • Support management stakeholders to develop and implement succession plans for critical roles as identified


  • Take a lead role in the development and implementation of HR projects and process improvement initiatives, as assigned
  • Drive system and platform enhancements including the implementation of new HR information systems
  • Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders in relation to newly implemented initiatives


  • Manage HR analysis and reporting activities for the Retail division and designated corporate divisions
  • Identify needs and support the HR Manager in analysing top-of-mind people themes including engagement surveys, HR reporting dashboards, turnover
  • Drive the maintenance of data integrity and accuracy


  • Manage and coordinate WHS committee meetings and facilitate necessary actions
  • Oversee the management of worker's compensation claims and return to work coordination of injured workers
  • Coordinate injury management activities and ensure all correspondence pertaining to injuries and incidents are maintained accurately
  • Provide high level advice in relation to workplace health and safety matters
