THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the Practice Manager will:

• Lead by example on the front desk while managing a team of 10+ support staff.

• Oversee daily operations, including rostering, room allocation, and patient flow.

• Support doctors, nurses, and reception staff, maintaining high standards of care and service.

• Drive process improvements and ensure smooth reception, billing, and patient management.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll for efficient clinic operations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 5+ years practice management experience in a spcialist of GP clinic setting

• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable managing people and processes in a reception-facing role.

• Experience in general practice, specialist clinics, emergency, or defence health environments is highly regarded.

HOURS AND SALARY

• Full-time: 38 hours per week - Monday-Friday

• Salary: $80K - $90K + Super (depending on experience)
