THE ROLE

Day-to-Day
We're looking for a National Wholesale Manager to lead the launch and rollout of an exclusive new label. This is a hands-on sales role focused on building strong relationships with high-end retailers across Sydney, Melbourne, and key metropolitan markets. The role is primarily focused on opening new accounts, managing select wholesale relationships, and introducing small, curated capsule collections to the market. You'll be working autonomously, travelling to key cities to meet customers, present ranges, and ensure accounts are serviced to the highest standards. The role offers flexibility to WFH and is largely road-based, with limited office interactions and a 4 day week!

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven track record in wholesale or account management within fashion or related industries.

  • Demonstrated experience in opening new accounts and building relationships with high-end retail buyers.

  • Comfortable working autonomously and travelling for client meetings and presentations.

  • Strong commercial acumen, understanding how to structure ranges and present collections effectively.

  • Ideally, experience working across multiple Australian markets (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane) with strong retailer networks.

SALARY
$130K-$160K + Super (depending on experience).
