Our Client this Iconic Australian brand has grown significantly and is now ready for its next stage of global growth and expansion. As such, the business is seeking a talented, passionate, innovative, results-driven Production Manager.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Working closely with the Product Team (Design/Development, Sales & Production) to
• determine yearly range planning for SOE.com and retail partners.
• Set deadlines and milestones for Product Team in order to meet individual timing
• constraints across different sales channels.
• Ensure on time delivery and launch dates for key retail moments or retail partners
• requirements.
• Consistent communication to wider team of status & progress for each product launch via
• support documents and weekly meetings
• Working closely with Design/Development and contract manufacturers (new or existing) to
• problem solve new shapes/fabrications/designs leading into bulk production
• Management and establishing COGS and cost control of new and existing styles
• Support appropriate sourcing of new manufacturing facilities of raw materials and finished
• goods as required for future product extensions, as well as maintenance and nurturing
• continuing relationships

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• Relevant tertiary education in Production is preferred but not essential.
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised and methodical approach
• Strong keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
• Hands on and willingness to get the job done
• Optimistic
• Goal oriented
• Team oriented
