Job Description

This Australian Business has a fun & youthful culture, with beautiful modern offices based in Alexandria. This role would best suit a bright & and bubbly individual with previous experience in customer service, administration, or reception. Fashion experience preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring that reception is manned at all times
  • Ensure reception area, meeting rooms and showrooms are presentable at all times
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensure banking and payments are collected each day
  • Maintain booking calendar for meeting rooms
  • Stationery and grocery orders
  • Assist customers in showroom viewings
  • Organise orders for customers that come into showroom
  • Maintain kitchen and bar area
  • Organise catering for meetings and directors
  • Provide refreshments for clients and meetings
  • Organise flights and accommodation

To be considered for this role you must have previous customer service experience within a fashion retail or wholesale environment. You must be well presented, punctual, and posses a friendly and vibrant nature.
