An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly creative and commercially minded Senior Designer to join a globally recognised womenswear fashion brand.

This is a pivotal role within the design team, responsible for driving the creative direction across seasonal collections while balancing strong trend vision with commercial success. Working closely with the broader product, buying and production teams, you will play a key role in shaping innovative, fashion-forward collections for an international customer.

· Lead the design and development of seasonal womenswear collections from concept through to production

· Research global trends, fabrications, colour direction, and emerging market opportunities

· Develop mood boards, CADs, tech packs, and detailed design specifications

· Collaborate closely with buying, product development, and production teams to ensure design integrity and commercial viability

· Attend fit sessions and work alongside garment technicians to ensure exceptional fit and quality

· Mentor and inspire junior members of the design team

· Contribute to the overall brand vision and creative strategy across multiple categories

· Proven experience in a Senior Designer role within a fashion retail or global brand environment

· Strong womenswear design handwriting with a commercial and trend-driven eye

· Excellent understanding of fabrications, garment construction, fit, and product development

· Highly proficient across Adobe Creative Suite

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple deadlines

· Strong communication skills and experience working with offshore suppliers and factories
