About the Role:
As our Senior Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing to life four ready-to-wear collections each year. You'll be involved in the full design process-curating mood boards, sourcing fabrics, refining fits, and creating cohesive, elevated collections that align with our brand vision.

Working closely with the Head of Design, you'll combine creativity with commercial insight-researching seasonal trends, refining trims and fabrications, and producing designs that resonate with our customer. You'll also collaborate across Planning, Product Development, Production, Sales, and Marketing to ensure each collection delivers a clear and compelling story.

Key Responsibilities

• Research global trends, colour palettes, market insights, and competitor activity

• Support with seasonal mood boards, range direction, and fabric stories

• Design cohesive collections aligned with pricing, margin, and brand goals

• Attend fittings, finalise toiles, and ensure garments meet the highest quality standards

• Create and manage detailed style packs, technical sketches, and CADs

• Partner with Product Developers to ensure accurate communication and handover

• Maintain design integrity through to production, troubleshooting as needed

• Mentor and inspire junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture

• Incorporate sustainability values into all design work

• Use sell-through data and review meetings to inform future collections

• Build strong communication with both internal teams and external suppliers

About You

• 5+ years' experience in a senior design role within women's fashion

• Proficient across woven, cut-and-sew, and denim categories

• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and development

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Deep knowledge of garment construction, fabrication, and technical design

• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Passionate about product, storytelling, and creating purposeful collections

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
