Senior Garment Technologist - Global Luxury RTW Brand

We are partnering with a globally recognised luxury Ready-to-Wear fashion house to appoint a Senior Garment Technologist. This is a rare opportunity to join a brand renowned for its craftsmanship, innovation, and elevated design aesthetic, working across beautifully constructed collections within a collaborative and high-performing team.

The Role

As Senior Garment Technologist, you will play a critical role in bringing collections to life, working closely with Design, Product Development, and Production teams to ensure exceptional fit, quality, and consistency across all garments. You will be the technical expert, driving best practice across garment construction, fit standards, and supplier communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fit sessions and provide clear, commercial, and technical direction on fit and construction
• Develop and maintain detailed tech packs and grading specifications
• Partner closely with design to translate creative vision into technically feasible garments
• Manage sample development from initial prototype through to final production approval
• Work closely with offshore suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and brand standards are met
• Identify opportunities for product improvement, cost efficiencies, and innovation in construction

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Garment Technologist within luxury or premium RTW
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabrication across womenswear (and/or multi-category)
• Experience working with offshore suppliers and managing the full production lifecycle
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Confident leading fit sessions and influencing cross-functional teams
• Passionate about quality, craftsmanship, and delivering a premium product
