DETAILS OF SOME OF OUR POSITIONS:
Develop and manage seasonal budgets, forecasts, and Open-to-Buy plans.
Analyse sales, margin, and stock performance to guide commercial decision-making.
Collaborate with Buyers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric assortment plans.
Own allocation and replenishment strategies across retail and eCommerce channels.
Lead, coach or mentor planning teams (for senior/management roles).
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, reporting, and systems.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience in merchandise planning, demand planning or inventory management.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, JDA, Power BI or similar).
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
A passion for retail or wholesale, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
