About the Role:

The Senior Performance Manager will lead performance marketing across paid, social, and search channels, driving growth in traffic, conversions, and ROI. Reporting to the CMO, managing a team of specialists, using data-driven strategies to deliver cohesive, results-focused campaigns and expand the brand's digital presence.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Digital Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies, optimize spend allocation, and lead campaign execution across paid, social, and search.

  • Analytics & Optimization - Track KPIs, build dashboards, and translate data insights into actionable improvements, using A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.

  • Customer Acquisition & Retention - Drive acquisition through targeted campaigns, support retention via retargeting and CRM collaboration, and increase customer lifetime value.

  • Budget & Stakeholder Management - Manage marketing budgets for ROI/ROAS, partner with internal teams, agencies, and vendors, and align campaigns with broader business goals.

  • Leadership & Compliance - Lead and mentor a team, foster innovation and accountability, ensure effective tracking/tech integrations, and uphold compliance with legal and brand standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in a leadership performance marketing position, ideally in fashion, eComm or retail

  • Must have a background in ecommerce

  • Deep, hands-on experience across Paid Social, Search, Programmatic & Affiliates

  • Confident strategic thinker - able to assess campaign structure, testing methods, and what approach will drive results

  • Strong data and reporting capabilities, ideally with Supermetrics or similar tools

  • Comfortable leading and nurturing a junior team, providing guidance and support
