Job Description

Our Client is an Australian owned retailer stocking a broad range in homewares, serving and entertaining.

As the store manager you will be responsible for the following.

  • Manage and motivate and develop the existing team.
  • Maximise sales and motivate the team to achieve sales budgets.
  • Drive & Maintain the exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the team to complete tasks.
  • Implement VM and store appearance.
  • Rostering
  • Manage Stock Levels/Inventory
  • Assist with window display and tore promotional activity.

To be successful in this position you will have the following skills.

  • A strong understanding of the premium customer and appreciation of the finer things in life
  • Previous experience in a store manager role preferably within homewares/kitchenware
  • A great attitude and passion for retail and customer service
  • An enjoyment of food and cooking or entertaining
  • An ability to show strength with leadership but work well with a small team.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in
  • Physically able to lift and unpack cartons of up to 15kgs.
  • Good computer skills
