Full-time opportunity for an experienced Intermediate level Supply and Logistic Coordinator within the Apparel sector.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock out of our local and overseas 3PL warehouses to our customers
  • Ensure all VAS (eg customs clearance, packaging activities etc) are managed and meet all customer requirements
  • Handling of freight forwarding activities for both import and export
  • Stock management & reporting
  • Daily contact and co-ordination of our 3PL and freight forwarder
  • Regular contact with customers
  • Update documents and operating procedures.


  • Proficient user of data driven ERP systems
  • Previous apparel warehouse/logistics experience
  • Shipping experience both important and export
  • Comfortable working with systems & technology
  • Advanced Excel user and familiarity with the Microsoft Office package in general
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
