Kerrie has over 20 years generalist recruitment experience and has previously held executive positions with some of Australia’s largest and best-known recruitment and HR organisations. Throughout her career she has adopted a quality approach valuing the candidate and client as equal parts of a continuously developing circular relationship. Her areas of specialisation have included operational roles, property, (centre management, marketing, leasing, maintenance, and retail property management), fashion, food, cosmetics and home wares. In addition, sales and marketing roles, particularly in the building, hardware, and FMCG sectors, Senior EA’s, secretarial, contract and temporary recruitment.
Kerrie now manages the overall efficiencies & performance of the company, as well as the back office including all accounting, finance and administrative areas. She is mentor and coach to all staff across the Sydney and Melbourne offices, and is also responsible for our culture and rewards as well as fostering an environment that creates support, guidance, teamwork & appreciation of our staff.
