Area Manager - Victoria

International women's lingerie, sleepwear, activewear brand with over 150 stores. This role is responsible for up to eight stores, including flagship locations, across Melbourne east and south-east suburbs. They take a "customer first" approach in everything they do; ensuring any decision that is made is to improve the customer experience. Creating and driving a culture of positivity, innovation, and development are key to deliver on service and sales targets. Previous or current experience in a multi-site role is a must. Having a background in fashion, apparel, cosmetics, or similar specialty retail experience is a plus!
