We are seeking an Awesome Assistant Store Manager for the Birkenhead Point - Outlet Store.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Proven experience in Performance Management
• Training and Development of Team
• Driving sales targets/KPI's within stores.
• Visual Merchandising Skills (Maintaining standards and expectations)

What we need you to have:

• Minimum 1.5-2 year's experience in a similar role.
• Performance management, training and development.
• Proven sales results and hitting KPI targets.
• Strong communication skills.
• A passion for retail and the customer experience.
