The Role

We are currently looking for a Assistant Manager to join our clients successful flagship store. It is likely that you will already be a Assistant Manager and come from an environment where a consultative sales process is required. A passion for home furnishings and/or interior design would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
Your main role will be to lead, motivate and inspire your team, whilst also being able to offer the very best in-store experience. Support the store manager and manage the store in the absence of the Store manager

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have previous management experience
• Offer a consultative approach to the sales process
• Enjoying inspiring, motivating and developing those around you
• Have an interest in home furnishings / interior design
