We are seeking an Awesome Assistant Store Manager for their Miranda Store.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Experience in Performance Management
• Training and Development of Team
• Driving sales targets/KPI's within stores.
• Operational Skills
• Visual Merchandising Skills (Maintaining standards and expectations)
• "Lead from the Front" Attitude.

What we need you to have:

• Minimum 2 year's experience in a similar role.
• Skills in performance management, training and development.
• Operations Skill-set, proven sales results and hitting KPI targets.
• Great communication skills.
• A passion for retail and the customer experience.
• Time management and a focus on store sales performance.
