We have partnered with a successful international Big Box retailer to bring on-board a Assistant Store Manager at their South Eastern suburbs location. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to lead, motivate and educate. Everyday will provide variety and challenges, as you strive to streamline processes and coach the team on best practise. You will be supported through a thorough training and development program across all departments of the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Driving sales
• Controlling costs/shrinkage
• Management of rosters
• Staff training and development
• Ordering and maintaining stock
• Merchandising the store
