Responsible for all aspects of store performance, you will be critical in cultivating a strong team to deliver a memorable customer experience.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team of high performers
• Must be able to manage high stock levels
• Responsible for full store performance and development

• Previous outlet experience preferable
• Proven track record to implement change
