A rare opportunity exists to join a specialist outdoor furniture retailer at their impressive South East location, as they continue to grow their outstanding reputation across Australia. With expansion plans already in the pipeline, there is a real opportunity to part of a successful retailer in growth. You will be mentored by the Senior Store Manager to ensure continuous development.

Ideally you will have had senior retail management experience in furniture and/or outdoor lifestyle products. This is a multi-faceted role, requiring a strong skill-set across sales and customer service, stock control, P+L analysis, merchandising and proven success in a leadership role.

To be successful you will have:

• Previously managed teams of 10+ staff
• Minimum of 3 years management experience within large-format retail
• Results driven
• Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills
• A good understanding of the outdoor furniture market is a bonus!
