Our client is Fashion Power-House Women's Brand, who have been styling Australian women since 1996 with the latest trends and styles straight from the catwalks. We are seeking a fabulous Assistant Store Manager for our Miranda Store.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

  • Proven experience in Performance Management
  • Training and Development of Sales Team
  • Driving sales targets/KPI's within stores.
  • Operationally savvy
  • Visual Merchandising Skills (Maintaining standards and expectations)
  • "Lead from the Front" Attitude.

What we need you to have:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated skill in performance management, training and development.
  • Operational savvy, proven sales results and hitting KPI targets.
  • Great Communication skills.
  • A passion for retail and the customer experience.
  • Time management skills and a focus on store sales performance.
