THE ROLE
We are seeking a Boutique Manager to lead a beautifully presented standalone store in Bondi Junction. This is a key leadership position suited to someone who understands the art of premium retail, balancing commercial performance with an exceptional, personalized client experience.
You will take ownership of the boutique, leading a curated team and ensuring every detail reflects the brand's premium positioning.

Day-to-Day

• Lead and inspire a polished, client-focused team to deliver exceptional service
• Drive boutique performance, exceeding sales and KPI expectations
• Create a refined and memorable in-store experience for a loyal, high-value clientele
• Oversee all operational aspects including rostering, performance, and store standards
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising in line with brand direction
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent within the boutique environment
• Partner closely with senior leadership to elevate store performance and culture

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven experience in a Store Manager or a leadership role within premium or luxury retail
• A strong sense of personal style and understanding of high-end client service
• Commercially driven with the ability to lead a boutique to strong results
• Natural leadership presence-confident, polished, and emotionally intelligent
• Strong communication skills with a warm, engaging approach
• Familiarity with the Eastern Suburbs clientele is highly regarded

SALARY
AUD 75,000 - 80,000 + Super + Monthly Incentives + Uniform Allowance + Staff Discounts
