THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead a flagship bridal boutique in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a female-driven environment, values premium customer experiences, and enjoys mentoring high-performing retail teams. You'll take ownership of daily operations, sales performance and team engagement while acting as a brand ambassador in a highly personalised retail setting.
Day-to-Day

  • Leading, motivating and developing a boutique team to deliver exceptional, personalised service
  • Driving sales performance through coaching, client engagement and in-store standards
  • Managing rosters, wages and boutique operations in line with commercial targets
  • Overseeing stock flow, visual presentation and boutique presentation
  • Building strong client relationships and fostering repeat business
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and brand standards are consistently upheld

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience as a Boutique Manager or Store Manager within premium fashion or luxury retail
  • Proven experience working with VIP or high-value clientele and delivering appointment-based
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and develop female-led teams
  • A customer-first mindset with experience delivering highly personalised service
  • Confidence managing sales targets, rosters and operational performance
  • A genuine passion for fashion, styling and creating memorable in-store experiences

SALARY
$73,000 base salary + Super
