Business Coach / Area Leader

• Well established business in growth
• Interstate travel - overseeing 10 locations across Tas, Vic + SA
• Multifaceted role

The role reports directly into the State Manager, overseeing 10 stores with end-to-end responsibility across compliance, product, people and finance. Drive growth through sales initiatives, KPI targets and effective product/stock control.

The successful candidate will make a valuable contribution to the financial success of each store together with developing strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.

Required experience:

• Multi-Site Retail Management Experience (franchising preferred but not essential)
• Experience in Business Coaching and a strong understanding of Retail KPI's
• Must have strong commercial acumen including in-depth P+L analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill-set
• Must be open to regular interstate travel
