An exciting role has opened working within the Buying team and supporting the buying life cycle across multiple brands.

YOUR NEW CAREER

As the Buying Assistant, you are an integral part of the buying team supporting all aspects of the buying cycle. You are hard-working and pro-active. You are known to be a quick, eager learner who is methodical in their approach, uses common sense to make decisions and who isn't afraid to ask questions.

THE ROLE

• Liaising with overseas suppliers, customers, stores and all levels within the team

• Monitor sample deliveries and action as directed by Eyewear Category Buyer
• Prepare best and worst seller reports
• Help manage Store/Online Registrations and Images
• Assist with Marketing Activities
• Catalogue Preparation
• Set up show room for meetings
• Ensure complete and accurate records are maintained
• Other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as directed by Buyer/ Merchandise Planner

REQUIREMENTS

• A relevant qualification in a Fashion related field
• Experience in an admin based role
• Organisation skills are essential
• Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office programs required
• Strong communication skills
• Accessories and apparel experience is an advantage
