• Proven experience in consultative retail environment
• Confident in Training and Development Staff
• Hitting sales targets/KPI's within stores.

• Visual Merchandising Skills (Maintain Store Standards)
• Performance management, training & development of team

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
