Customer Service & Sales Support - Leading Interior Textiles

Our client is a leading Interior textiles wholesaler looking to recruit a Customer Service & Sales Support person to join their team! You will be a vibrant multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering outstanding customer service to clients and customers.

They are seeking a candidate with a passion for customer service to provide sales support, conduct general administrative duties and assist across the team. The candidate they are searching for has great admin skill, excellent attention to detail, and an outstanding ability to multi-task!

This is a full-time position within a motivating and rewarding working environment, it is essential for the Customer Service & Sales Support person to have a positive and energetic approach!

Responsibilities include

• Answering customer calls & enquiries
• Inputting orders
• Advising customers on products
• Liaising & assisting with the sales team
• Assist in the showroom, and with cuttings

• Photoshop skills are desirable, but not essential.
