The Company

Our client is an Australian luxury brand, showcasing handcrafted accessories focusing on functionality and timelessness. Since their establishment in 2013, the brand has grown, reaching international audiences.

The Role

Seeking an experienced Customer Service all-rounder for a 12-month fixed term contract due to start in APRIL or MAY 2025.

Based in Sydney's Northern Beaches, this is a great opportunity to work close to home with an amazing team with Friday's WFH!

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone & email
  • Liaising with production and other departments
  • Inventory management
  • Sales
  • End to end processing of wholesale & distributor orders in Indigo8
  • Liaising with external 3PL
  • eCommerce sales support

Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + super

Location: Sydney Northern Beaches

Contract: 12-month fixed term maternity cover

Start: April or May 2025

Hours: 5 or 4 days per week; 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm

Experience

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to provide an amazing customer service experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments & team members
  • Must be able to work autonomously & be a quick learner
  • Systems experience with Shopify, Indigo8, Postco & MS Suite is highly regarded
  • Must hold full-working rights
