Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service Superstar who can reflect our clients cultural values through phone interaction with internal and external customers. Cool modern office located in Alexandria, with a fun and vibrant company culture to match. The successful individual will provide customers with support, and manage orders and repairs in a timely manner on a daily basis. A background in Fashion retail and customer service ideal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing all orders within 24 hours
  • Reply to all customer email enquiries within 24 hours
  • Cover reception when receptionist in on a break
  • Process repairs and parts orders
  • Process online orders from websites

  • Confidence in using a number of computer programmes
  • Accurate data entry skills

To be considered for this role you must have previous customer service experience within a sales environment. You must be punctual, proactive and posess a friendly and vibrant nature.
