Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service Superstar who can reflect our clients cultural values through phone interaction with internal and external customers. Cool modern office located in Alexandria, with a fun and vibrant company culture to match. The successful individual will provide customers with support, and manage orders and repairs in a timely manner on a daily basis. A background in Fashion retail and customer service ideal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing all orders within 24 hours
- Reply to all customer email enquiries within 24 hours
- Cover reception when receptionist in on a break
- Process repairs and parts orders
- Process online orders from websites
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL POSSESS:
- An energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Time management skills
- The ability to work within a team
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Confidence in using a number of computer programmes
- Accurate data entry skills
- The ability to work unsupervised

To be considered for this role you must have previous customer service experience within a sales environment. You must be punctual, proactive and posess a friendly and vibrant nature.
