As a Department Manager you will leading a team to deliver an excellent level of customer service whilst ensuring store operations are run efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering customers with an amazing in-store experience through exceptional service
• Managing customer traffic to support the customer experience
• Ongoing coaching and mentoring for Team Members
• Manage and inspire your team to achieve targets
• Ensuring the culture and values of the business are communicated and represented in-store
• Reinforcing safety standards

To be considered for the role:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment
• Strong retail management exposure
• A proven track record of leading, coaching and mentoring teams
• Self-motivated, focused and determined to succeed
