They are seeking a Digital & Ecommerce Assistant to grow their online operations where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing, promoting, and advancing their online brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage content for the website, marketing platforms, including social media
• Create and execute digital and social marketing strategies and promotions, ensuring their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various business units, external providers, partners, and agencies to drive growth,engagement, and conversions.
• Produce unique, on-brand content, including images and videos.
• Regularly review the quality of product data and images on online platforms, prioritising the customer experience.
• Work with developers and the e-commerce team to enhance the website's look and functionality.
• Ensure all promotional activities meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Oversee scheduling and administration across all digital media platforms, maintaining consistent connectivity.
• Report on key metrics and platform performance daily, weekly, and monthly.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and content creation
• Experienced in managing social media accounts and digital marketing platform
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to lear
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory
