Join one of Australia's leading lifestyle and fashion brands as our new Digital & Social Executive. This is a hands-on role for a creative, proactive marketer looking to grow their career across social media, ecommerce, and digital marketing.
Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll help drive online engagement and sales through social content, creator partnerships, email marketing, online merchandising, and digital growth initiatives.

Social Media & Content
Manage day-to-day organic social activity across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Plan, create, and copywrite engaging content that drives community interaction
Build relationships with creators and influencers for gifting and collaborations
Support social campaigns, competitions, product launches, and sale events
Stay across emerging trends to keep content fresh and on-brand
Ecommerce & Online Store Support
Set up and enrich product listings for timely online launches
Merchandise products on the website to maximise conversion
Upload new website content and update info pages
Assist with Foursixty social tagging and product linking
Support Amazon marketplace product management
Assist with model shoot preparation and content management
Digital Marketing & Reporting
Assist with SEO tasks to keep websites aligned with Google best practice
Build and test email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo experience a plus)
Support affiliate marketing initiatives
Pull reports across ecommerce, social media, and marketing channels to track performance
Collaboration & Team Support
Work closely with the Marketing, Design, Product, and Finance teams
Support the GM of Marketing, Head of Digital, and Ecommerce team on launches, promotions, and customer experience improvements
Provide occasional overflow support to the customer service team
1-3 years' experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or retail (fashion or lifestyle brands preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or related field
Passion for social media and strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and creator marketing
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Later (or similar tools)
Comfortable with data and using insights to drive decisions
Proactive, solutions-focused, and ready to hit KPIs
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
