Digital Marketing Specialist - Furniture Retail
Kings Park, Sydney NSW
Full Time (On site 5 days)

Are you a performance-driven digital marketer who loves seeing campaigns translate directly into revenue? We're partnering with a fast-growing Australian eCommerce business that is scaling rapidly and looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive growth across key digital channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of strategy and execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants clear ownership over performance marketing initiatives with the potential to grow into a Marketing Manager role.


The Role

In this role, you will work across core growth channels including paid media, email/CRM, SEO, and conversion optimisation. You'll be responsible for driving measurable results, testing new ideas, and continually optimising campaigns to maximise revenue and customer acquisition.

You'll collaborate closely with creative partners, analyse campaign performance, and help shape the brand's digital growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping & Performance Max)

  • Improve ROAS and CAC through ongoing testing, optimisation, and campaign iteration

  • Plan and execute eCommerce campaign calendars including sale events, product launches and evergreen campaigns

  • Brief and collaborate with creative partners on UGC, static and video ad assets

  • Write high-performing ad copy and campaign messaging

  • Support email and SMS marketing campaigns and flows (Klaviyo experience preferred)

  • Assist with SEO improvements, including on-page optimisation and content briefs

  • Analyse campaign performance through GA4 and platform reporting

  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across landing pages and product pages

  • Monitor promotions and merchandising to maximise online sales outcomes

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance insights with clear recommendations


About You

  • 3-5+ years' experience in eCommerce digital marketing

  • Minimum 3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, AOV and CVR

  • Excellent copywriting skills across ad creative and landing pages

  • Creative mindset with experience briefing or developing digital assets

  • Experience working with eCommerce brands in homewares, fashion or beauty is highly regarded

  • Highly proactive, analytical and motivated to test, learn and optimise

  • Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally

  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Merchant Centre and feed tools is advantageous

  • Must have full Australian working rights
