THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated retail leader to oversee two premium fashion concessions within a high-traffic department store environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of both concessions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and strong sales results. You will lead a small team across both sites and work closely with department store partners to maintain strong relationships and seamless operations.

Day-to-Day
* Lead and motivate a team of approximately 10 part-time and casual team members across two concessions
* Deliver exceptional customer service standards and create a premium in-store experience
* Drive sales performance through strong client engagement and CRM initiatives
* Manage daily store operations including merchandising standards, stock management and reporting
* Build positive working relationships with department store management and staff
* Coach and develop team members to maximise individual and store performance
* Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Maintain high visual presentation standards aligned with a premium retail environment
* Step into operational tasks when required to support the team and maintain smooth store operations

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Minimum two years' experience in retail leadership within a fast-paced environment
* Background within premium, fashion or lifestyle retail highly regarded
* Experience managing or supervising teams and developing staff performance
* Strong focus on customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
* Proven ability to drive sales results and build strong client relationships
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and operational capability
* Experience working within a department store concession environment advantageous
* A flexible, hands-on leadership style with the ability to support the team wherever needed

SALARY
$71,000 base salary + Super + Commission + Staff Discounts
