Job description

A growing global eyewear brand is looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Performance Manager to take ownership of its online business and drive digital growth.

This is a hands-on, standalone role reporting directly to the Founder, with responsibility for ecommerce performance, website optimisation, CRM, SEO, and digital marketing. You'll also work alongside an external agency managing Meta ads while driving broader digital strategy and performance.

What You'll do

  • Own and optimise the Shopify ecommerce site to improve conversion and customer experience

  • Manage site merchandising, SEO, and website performance

  • Lead CRM and retention strategies via Klaviyo (EDMs, lifecycle flows, segmentation)

  • Analyse performance using GA4 and reporting tools to drive growth

  • Oversee Shopify apps, integrations, and site upgrades

Manage digital performance across channels and collaborate with external agencies

About You

  • Strong ecommerce experience within fashion or retail

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo

  • Experience across SEO, CRM, website optimisation, and digital performance

  • Commercial, proactive, and comfortable owning the ecommerce function
