Job description

E-Commerce

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategy to maximize revenue and ensure the highest standard of customer service
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices in order to build strategies
  • Promote existing products and develop new customers
  • Manage relationship with e-commerce platform provider
  • Ensure the look and feel of the brand sites and any brand exposure are aligned with corporate brand standards and guidelines
  • Identify issues & opportunities for service initiatives to improve customer experience
  • Work closely with all key stakeholders in the APAC team, the local team and HQ such as Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Digital, IT, Logistics and Retail
  • Collaborate with Marketing in developing and implementing e-tailing marketing strategy

Marketing

  • Develop marketing plan to support achievement of the e-commerce and retail business targets
  • Work closely with retail team to formulate promotion strategy and design tactical campaigns
  • Plan and execute CRM plan with to retain existing customers and increase customer base/brand loyalty
  • Use analytics to measure, evaluate and report performance of marketing activities and channels
  • Drive offline and online traffic and conversion, continuing to improve web customer experience, design and contents, and social media presence
  • Develop and manage cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, PPC
  • Work with external agencies when required to develop online and offline presence

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree holder in E-commerce / Business / Marketing or related disciplines
  • 5 years business experience in E-Commerce and marketing
  • Experience in fashion brands is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience in different aspects of e-commerce business: content creation, driving traffic, inventory management product fulfilment, customer service, etc
  • Solid knowledge and experience in SEO, PPC, e-marketing, social media and analytics
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
