Fashion Operations Assistant LEO LIN

Launched in 2017 by its founder and creative director Leo Lin, the brand is now carried by luxury retailers around the globe!

LEO LIN are looking for an Operations Assistant with experience in inventory management, logistics and office operations with a passion for fashion!! You will also be a key point of contact for customer service enquires, ecomm and work closely with the finance and merchandise planning teams based in their Alexandria HQ!

Key Responsibilities include:

Logistics

  • Co-ordinating with freight forwarders for the receipt of stock from overseas.
  • Tracking and co-ordinating deliveries into Warehouse
  • Maintaining Delivery Schedule tracker
  • Stock receipts - Quantity Comparison
  • Import stock to Shopify & key retailers based

Warehouse operations

  • Point of contact around all stock receipts/dispatch/processes and Warehouse related activities
  • Administration - Wholesale & internal
  • Providing updates and communications around trading activities
  • Communications of processes and procedures around packing requirements by channel
  • Quality Control direction & co-ordination
  • Co-ordinating seasonal stocktakes and adhoc stock counts as required
  • Tracking and Ordering Packaging/Satchels/Tissue Paper as required
  • Co-ordinating return of stock from warehouse for assessment
  • Conducting meetings and arranging monthly site visits

Inventory & reporting

  • Daily SOH Report
  • Order approval & release
  • Stock Adjustments
  • Replenishment & re-allocation of stock returns
  • Investigation of stock discrepancies advised by warehouse

General administration

  • Point of Contact for all business admin
  • supporting external IT Solutions
  • Customer Service support & Office responsibilities adhoc

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience within fashion wholesale operations (1-2 years)
  • Understands the workflow processes from production to B2C/B2B sales
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Can demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Loves working in a team environment
  • experience with Inventory Management systems
