We are seeking a Garment Technician for a global women's fashion brand. In this role you will be a key player in the Design & Production team. You'll work across our entire product range, collaborating closely with various teams and reporting directly to the Design & Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Design and Production teams to transition from initial concepts to final samples.
• Create initial Tech Packs alongside the design team for sample development.
• Measure garments and provide feedback on manufacturing finishes for all samples.
• Conduct fit meetings and communicate feedback to offshore factories.
• Liaise daily with suppliers in China regarding re-fits, fabrics, finishes, and grading.
• Maintain constant communication with the Production team to ensure adherence to timelines and critical paths.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within women's fashion.
• Tertiary education in Design, Pattern Making, and Grading is essential.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., Excel, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite).
• Essential experience in Pattern Making and Grading.
• Expertise in fabric testing, textile properties, and quality assurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
