We are seeking a Garment Technician for a global women's fashion brand. In this role you will be a key player in the Design & Production team. You'll work across our entire product range, collaborating closely with various teams and reporting directly to the Design & Production Manager.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Design and Production teams to transition from initial concepts to final samples.
Create initial Tech Packs alongside the design team for sample development.
Measure garments and provide feedback on manufacturing finishes for all samples.
Conduct fit meetings and communicate feedback to offshore factories.
Liaise daily with suppliers in China regarding re-fits, fabrics, finishes, and grading.
Maintain constant communication with the Production team to ensure adherence to timelines and critical paths.
Requirements
Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within women's fashion.
Tertiary education in Design, Pattern Making, and Grading is essential.
Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., Excel, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite).
Essential experience in Pattern Making and Grading.
Expertise in fabric testing, textile properties, and quality assurance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
