Our client, an exciting Australian brand in the home décor space, is passionate about crafting stunning, high-quality products that transform everyday living into a delightful experience. They are on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join their dynamic and innovative team, helping to bring their vision to life.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for innovating and executing creative packaging concepts in collaboration with the Product team, ensuring alignment with product strategies, budget targets, and timelines.

• Collaborate with the Product team to conceptualise and deliver innovative packaging designs.
• Conduct research to support design decisions and overcome challenges.
• Lead packaging design projects from brainstorming to final production artwork.
• Present designs confidently to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design trends and share insights with the team.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative work in line with critical path deadlines.
• Manage weekly updates with the Product team to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Oversee the creative briefing process and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and artwork administration.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding artwork-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manage holiday schedules effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in Retail or FMCG.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects from concept to completion.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
