THE REWARDING ROLE:

• Managing a team of 10+ (directly and indirectly)
• Manage and lead the development of OTB budgets
• Oversee stock allocation, inventory levels and off-shore stock
• Identifying commercial links between merchandise and finance
• Communicating with all company stakeholders
• Monthly travel visits to suppliers and in-store teams

THE KEY SKILLS:

• Minimum of 5+ years as a Planning Manager
• Advanced knowledge of buying, planning and allocation systems
• Strategic and innovative thinking, adapting to market demands
• Demonstrating strong commercial and financial acumen
• A dedicated leader, passionate to exceed expectations
• Ability to lead and develop a team of professionals
