About the Role

The HR & Administration Manager is a standalone role reporting into the Director. Take the lead with creating HR materials, processes and systems from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment
  • Coach managers on how to effectively have conversations
  • Employee engagement initiatives
  • Create employment contracts and onboard employees
  • Create policies and procedures
  • Review employee qualifications and certificates and organise renewals when required
  • Organise and facilitate inductions
  • Organise and maintain medical checks
  • Manage WHS and workers compensation
  • Submit employee paperwork as requested by customers

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in HR
  • Experience with MYOB and Assignar would be beneficial
