Seeking a Junior designer for an exciting and dynamic opportunity to design for multiple Eyewear Brands. This leading Australian Eyewear company owns the licenses to an extensive list of Designers, from mid-tier to high end. Previous Design experience essential - preferably within accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing design briefs
• Meet COG targets from the merchandise team
• Clear, efficient and positive communication with brand owners and customers
• Understand the market trends and best-selling styles and action as directed

Requirements:

• Understanding of Marketing, Branding, Consumer and Fashion Trends
• Knowledge of retail and customer segments within the Fashion Industry
• Understanding of the elements of fashion and fashion design
• demonstrated interest in fashion and accessories
• 0-3 years design experience
• Intermediate Photoshop, Illustrator and in design skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel)
• Initiative and Creativity
• Communication and Collaboration skills
